**Service Agreement for Leotard Wardrobe Vault

]** This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of 29/07/2024 by Happy Tales Pty Ltd and between India Jean Designs ("Provider") and the undersigned ("Participant"), collectively referred to as the "Parties."

**1. Course Description:** India Jean Designs agrees to provide the Participant with access to the course titled The Leotard Wardrobe Vault ("Course"), which covers how to make your own leotards for the participants use.

**2. Payment:** The Participant agrees to pay the total fee for the Course. Payment shall be made as follows in full before course commencement, etc.].

**3. Course Access and Duration:** The Participant will have access to the Course for life starting from the dateof enrolment. Access to the Course is non-transferable and is granted solely to the Participant.

**4. Refund Policy:** No refunds

**5. Intellectual Property:** All course materials provided by India Jean Designs, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other resources, are the exclusive property of India Jean Designs. The Participant may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share these materials without the express written permission of India Jean Designs.

**6. Participant Conduct:** The Participant agrees to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner throughout their participation in the Course. India Jean Designs reserves the right to remove any Participant from the Course for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive, without a refund.

**7. Limitation of Liability:** India Jean Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

**8. Disclaimer of Warranties:** India Jean Designs does not guarantee that the Course will meet the Participant's expectations or requirements or that the outcome of the Course will be error-free. The Course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

**9. Governing Law:** This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

**10. Entire Agreement:** This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.

**11. Amendment:** This Agreement may be amended or modified only by a written instrument executed by both the Provider and the Participant.

**12. Acknowledgment:** By agreeing, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
